Subject: RV: About stranding og cargo ship.Hi Sano,. Thank you Sano for your concern about Algarrobo penguin colony. Well, Llo Lleo (where the ship was stranded) is a place that is far from Algarrobo ( 35 km southern of Algarrobo).So, related to marine current (oceanographic condition) around the zone, the effect of this physical factor make that the current move water to the west zone. This implied, in case that petroleum contaminate the water doesn´t advance to Algarrobo because is far an because the current system.BUT, the most important from now is to make control about this.Today I will call to San Antonio Museum in order to know if they need help for everything. この情報によれば、座礁事故現場はアルガロボ南方35kmほどの地点であり、海流も座礁現場からは西に流れていくので、たとえ重油の流出があっても、アルガロボに深刻な被害がおよぶことは少ないだろう…とのことです。ただ、油断は禁物です。今後とも状況を掌握し被害の拡大を防止するためにも、現地で対策本部となっているサンアントニオ博物館と密接に連絡をとり、今後どのような支援が必要なのか？日本から手伝えることがあるか否かを確認し、適切な判断を迅速に下していくことが求められています。
